This is a tentative schedule of events for this week.

This year we started Wellness Wednesdays by making smoothies for the students before school. The first 2 weeks we were able to give them to the students. Beginning this week, we started charging a small fee to cover the fruit costs. This has been a huge success!

Rep. Friess stopped by school today. He took a tour of our school, met with Caleb(who he met over the summer to celebrate his state shot put win), and interacted with our staff and students. Thank you to Rep. Friess for spending the day with us.

Kindergarten has been working on "The Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. They have done many activities and color sheets and wrapped up by creating pom pom caterpillar craft.

Reminder today is a Dairy Queen fundraising day for our PBIS program. This program helps fund field trips, activities, guest speakers, good behavior, perfect attendance, and many other activities. We thank you for supporting our school by visiting the Dairy Queen.
Also, as a reminder, the PTT will be holding their first meeting of the school year tomorrow at 3:00 in the cafeteria.
