Help our Lady Meteors Volleyball team by having them wash your car on August 10 from 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m at Coulterville Car Wash.


Open House will be held on Tuesday, August 5 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Students will be able to meet their teacher(s), put away school supplies, junior high and high school students will receive their lockers and Chromebook.


Marissa Shooting Team tied for 1st place getting runner up award after tie breaker in the high team score JR Gold. Piper shot a 98/100 in handicaps and made the shoot off. She shot a 100 straight in singles earning her ATA 100 straight patch. This is the second year in a row these kids have tied for first at the Grand. Congratulations Shooters!!

Items available inclue 40 lb boxes of frozen diced sweet potatoes, 30 lb boxes of frozen diced squash, 5 lb bags of fish sticks, cereal, peanut butter, jelly, frozen ice cream treats and other dairy treats, bags of grapes, cherry juice, canned goods, pasta, pasta sauce, and other items. If you would like to volunteer at the food pantry by sorting, packing, loading, and unloading, please email Dr. Hughes at vhughes@cvillecusd1.org

A back to school pool party for Coulterville and Marissa students and their families. It will be on August 1 from 8:30-10:00 p.m. at Bender Muncipal Swimming Pool in Pinckneyville. Cost is $1.50 for those swimming. Please email Mrs. Carter if you know you will be attending so the pool manager will know how many lifeguards are needed.
