The staff spent last week showing the students that they have a fun side, by having a Staff Underground week. Each day the teachers had a theme to participate in if they chose to. They had dress in green for St. Patrick's Day, blackout, anything but a cup, act/dress like the students, and support your favorite sports team.

Our students were among 800 other students from around the state to participate in the historical event. This was the furthest location south that the Court has ever convened.

Students in Mrs Dyson's Local History Class have spent several days this quarter working at the museum to prepare for a Landmark Dedication to take place on Saturday, March 15. The sign is dedicated to George Rogers Clark's group of men who travelled from Kaskaskia to Vincennes to defeat the British during the Revolutionary War. On their way to battle, the group camped for a night in what is know Coulterville before continuing east. The dedication will take place at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning.
